Youth in Arts offers an open call to local artist educators in theatre. Must have experience working in schools. Especially seeking artists with disabilities, artists of color and/or multilingual.

Submitted materials will be reviewed by 
Program Directors and kept on file. Artists may be called in for interview/audition.

The Department of Drama Creation and Application at National University of Tainan has 1 to 2 full-time teaching positions available starting from Aug 1, 2009.

1. PhD or Ed. D in Drama or Theatre, focused on Applied theatre, Community theatre, Drama education or Theatre for young audience
2. or assistant professorship
3. with working experience in the field of Applied theatre, Drama education or Theatre for young audience preferred

Administrative Manager

Job Title: Administrative Manager
Job Type: Part-Time (avg. 10-15 hours per week)
The Administrative Manager is responsible for coordinating the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major and minor activities for Story Tapestries.
Duties Include:
Handling all day to day administrative duties including but not limited to fielding telephone calls, word processing, filing, faxing and preparing invoices
Maintaining solid relationships by handling clients questions, concerns, contracts with speed and professionalism
Seeking out new clients by cold calling and sending out press kits
Arranging and scheduling all bookings, meetings, and travel itinerary
Drafting weekly status reports and Maintaining Calendar
Assisting with conferences, showcases and event planning
Coordinating/assisting the submission of proposals and grants
Skill and Requirements:
Experience in theatrical bookings
Previous work in the Arts, education preferred
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills including Internet research abilities
Requires excellent communication skills
Previous administrative work
