Education Associate, Asolo Repertory Theatre

Asolo Repertory Theatre seeks an Education Associate to coordinate education and outreach programs internally and externally. Job functions include: Managing Access to the Arts Student Matinee Series, lead teaching artist for Lend Us Your Voice, a devised ensemble based high school residency, as well as teaching artist for Kaleidoscope, musical theatre residency for adults and teens with disabilities. The Education Associate is responsible for creating content for digital study guides and Spotlight publications. Other associated tasks comprises of teaching classes, workshops, and camp programs.

Job Requirements include teaching and directing experience, outstanding verbal and written communication, plus technological proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university or relevant work-experience is required.

Education Director, The Cleveland Play House

The Cleveland Play House seeks an Education Director to oversee all educational programming. This includes designing, implementing, and managing K-12 core programs, developing marketing, fundraising, and outreach strategies; and steering the direction of the department. Core responsibilities include: administering, designing and implementing all educational programming; supervising Education Associate and Interns; managing, hiring, and approving teaching artists; developing curriculum connections and serving as a public representative for CPH Education programs. Ideal candidate should have graduate theatre degree, and at least 5 years of experience in theatre education for grades K-12, as well as experience in marketing, fundraising and budgeting. Candidates must have excellent written, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Now in its 94th season, Cleveland Play House is a LORT C theatre with an operating budget of $6.5 million. Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits included. Education Program Manager, Kentucky Shakespeare

Kentucky Shakespeare seeks an Education Program Manager to assist in all educational programming. Core responsibilities include: coordination and administration of educational outreach programs, management and coordination of Shakespeare Alive! tour, phone sales, study guide/curriculum design and development, and assistance with supervision of part-time staff and volunteers. Ideal candidate should have a graduate Theatre or English Literature degree with at least 3 years of experience or equivalent experience in theatre education for grades K-12.
